To see that the Harimas (Shariah Knowledge Centers) become the preferred centres of knowledge that properly fulfil their role of transmitting Islamic knowledge from generation to generation.

Kasma Islamic Organization is a local, non-profit, non-governmental organization established on 12-29-2015 E.C (04-09-2023 G.C) under Proclamation No. 1207/2012 — Registration & License No. 200/010/15 — by a group of Muslim volunteers committed to contributing their knowledge and capacity through charity and development.
Since its establishment, Kasma has worked across social and developmental areas, striving to address the Islamic cultural and historical education centers and communities in underserved regions — continuing our Ethiopian Muslim legacy for the next generations through Islamic education, relief, health, and water projects.

Support 350+ Meshaykh/Ulemas across 100 Harimas and 50,000+ Dersas
Built 6 new Harimas (Shariah Knowledge Centers)
Installed solar lights for 40 Harimas
Facilitated an 8-km road for Harima access
Provided water resources to 12 Harimas
Built homes for 4 Meshaykh/Ulemas
Supported 34 Ulemas with 10,000 Birr monthly during the northern conflict
